We proudly offer Data Acquisition and Control Hardware and Software for use with all of our major product lines. DIT gives you the tools to control instruments, acquire data, analyze data, and present data with the computer. For mixing, the software is customized for each customer's requirements.

The main test panel allows complete operation of the device via the illuminated push buttons on the computer screen. All test data is displayed and recorded to the hard drive of the computer. The software screens are easy to understand and operate. The start panel guides the operator through the desired sequences:

Printing or viewing previous test data
Operating the device and running a new test
Start, stop, forward, and reverse the motor
Adjust speed via PID control
Monitor pressure, vacuum, temperature, watts, speed, etc.
Calibrating the analog signals being sent to the computer from the digital meters.

All information from the data table can be plotted in various formats using an advanced mathematical library of preprogrammed functions. DIT programs are created using LabVIEW© for Windows.

This is a typical process flow diagram. Using Data Acquitision control via remote control console and computer terminal allows the user to control any number of mixer functions such as RPM, Temperature, Pressure, Vacuum, etc.
